Ogata Rie is a partnership coordinator at the Graduate School of Tropical Medicine and Global Health. After graduating from high school, she moved to the UK and worked in the arts and culture industry in London. After returning to Japan, she experienced culture shock and differences in the way of thinking and management of organizations in Japan. She makes the best use of her experience from the UK to bring new values in international academic partnerships with creative ideas.
