Major Activities
Nagasaki University and the Radioprotection and Nuclear Safety Institute of France cooperate with each other in the fields of disaster and radiation medical sciences, and in 2016, they concluded an academic cooperation agreement to further advance their academic cooperation.
Based on this agreement, the Liaison Office was established at the Radioprotection and Nuclear Safety Institute of France to further promote joint research between Nagasaki University and the Radioprotection and Nuclear Safety Institute in the field of disaster and radiation medical sciences.
The office provides information on research funding, research resources, and research materials, and it is also developing a database of both institutions’ research.
