Major Activities
Nagasaki University and Jeju National University cooperate with each other and exchange students, especially in the fields of oceanography, fisheries, and engineering, and the two universities concluded an academic exchange agreement in 1991 in order to advance cooperation in academics and education.
Based on this agreement, the Liaison Office of Nagasaki University and Jeju National University was established at Jeju National University to further promote research cooperation and student exchange. The office is responsible for promoting joint research primarily in the fields of oceanography, fisheries, and engineering, joint oceanographic surveys, and the mutual use of ships.
In 2013, Nagasaki University also established an Exchange Promotion Office on its campus to further deepen exchange between the two universities.
