Fascinated by light and darkness: creating beautifully glowing molecules

Sakuda Eri is Associate Professor of the Graduate School of Engineering. She enjoys to go her own way on both research and life events. Soon after her marriage, she studied abroad in Germany. After returning to Japan, while experiencing childbirth and child rearing, Dr. Sakuda conducted research in pursuit of the excitement of creating beautifully glowing molecules.
